Thank you for your interest in Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Center of Silicon Valley, a Concierge Practice centered around you and your family. Concierge medicine is a model allowing patients unlimited and personalized access to their physicians and has been available for some time among general practitioners, but has only been recently established for neurology patients, and more specifically, those with movement disorders.   

Dr. Brillman's goal is to provide personal, quality care to each patient by giving as much time as is needed to listen, examine, diagnose, as well as coordinate care across fields, should that prove necessary. Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders affects not only the patients, but also their families. As a result, education for families and caretakers constitutes an integral component in the care for those living with movement disorders.
